Sandrine Brun is a French hospitality and business leader best known as a third-generation owner and executive of the renowned family-run seafood institution Astoux & Brun in Cannes, France. Raised in a family dedicated to the seafood and restaurant trade, she has played a key role in preserving and modernizing the business while maintaining its reputation for quality, authenticity, and exceptional seafood sourcing.
Together with her sister, Stéphanie Brun, Sandrine helped lead the expansion of the family enterprise through the creation of the Astoux & Brun fish market in 2012, strengthening the brand's presence in Cannes and extending its commitment to fresh, traceable seafood products.
Today, Sandrine serves as a key figure in the company’s leadership, helping oversee one of Cannes' most celebrated culinary establishments. Known for her dedication to family values, customer experience, and local traditions, she continues the legacy established by her family more than seventy years ago, ensuring Astoux & Brun remains a landmark destination for both residents and international visitors.
